Klingelhöller Projektmanagement has already provided support for many projects, both offshore and onshore. One example of these is the management of a floatel, for which Klingelhöller planned, organised and supervised the deployment of a former Ro-Ro-passenger ferry. Apart from controlling maritime deployment, Klingelhöller also coordinated the onshore port processes, acquired the equipment and organised the shift changes of the offshore employees.
Mr Klingelhöller was employed as Managing Director of an offshore service provider. He carried out market analyses, successfully developed and implemented operating and maintenance strategies and was responsible for finance and controlling. Mr Klingelhöller also worked as Senior Manager Marine Logistics for a well-known, internationally operating power company, developing transport and storage logistics concepts, coordinating ships, equipment and service engineers for the construction of a wind farm, and supporting the projects with regard to all maritime issues.
Mr Klingelhöller also supervised nautical inspections, obtained cost estimates for components and technical equipment, planned and organised the deployment of the crew at sea, practised professional quality management and assumed responsibility for finance and controlling, as well as marketing, purchasing and sales, in his capacity as company officer with statutory authority and head of operations. Prior to that, Mr Klingelhöller sailed all of the world’s oceans in his capacity as captain and officer for well-known shipping lines.
